Staffmark Group is seeking a CDL-A Flatbed Shuttle Driver for a Milwaukee, WI role with home daily schedule. Earn $28.50–$29.00 per hour plus a $5,000 hiring bonus. Multiple shifts available: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM and 5:00 AM–7:00 AM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities include flatbed operation, tarping, pre/post-trip inspections, logs, and on-time delivery. Qualifications include a valid CDL-A, DOT Medical Card, FMCSA Clearinghouse registration, clean MVR, and 1 year of CDL experience in the past 3

Formación

• CDL-A license and valid DOT Medical Card required.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clean MVR.
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years).
• Flatbed experience preferred; training available.
• No DUI, reckless driving or serious violations in the past 5 years.
• Lifting up to 80 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and haul a Conestoga flatbed; tarp loads when required.
• Load/unload freight safely using forklifts if needed.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain logs for driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and deliveries.
• Follow DOT regulations and route schedules for on-time delivery.
• Secure loads with chains, binders, straps, tarps to meet DOT standards.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers; collect signed delivery slips.
• Report damage, delays, or injuries immediately.

• Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM start time | 2nd Shift - Shuttle Run Drop/Hook
• Monday - Friday | 5 AM - 7 AM start time | 1st Shift - Multiple Stop Route

Job Duties

Driving Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Flatbed experience is a plus (willing to train)
• Valid CDL-A license
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
• Lifting up to 80lbs
