Job summary

Steel and Pipe Supply is seeking CDL-A OTR flatbed drivers for the Catoosa, OK facility. This regional role offers home weekends with 1-2 overnight stays per week, or up to four during peak times.

Pay includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus, $1,480 weekly minimum, $0.59 per mile, and other incentives. Responsibilities include safe operation of flatbed equipment, cargo securing, paperwork accuracy, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License with endorsements.
• Valid Medical Card.
• Excellent driving record.
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Physical fitness to lift, carry and secure heavy/oversized loads.
• Knowledge of securing different cargo, including oversized loads.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accountability and safety mindset.
• Integrity and trust.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of tractor/trailer.
• Secure cargo using straps, chains and securing devices.
• Complete shipping and delivery paperwork accurately and on time.
• Compliance with all regulations.
• Report accidents, incidents, or safety violations promptly.
• Maintain communication with supervisor, sales and customers as required.
• Equipment maintenance; pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain daily records, HOS, DVIR, proof of deliveries and fuel receipts.
