Job summary

Rouse Trucking, LLC in Milwaukee, WI is seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers. You will haul building materials, pipe, coils, and similar loads on assigned Peterbilt tractors with 70 mph speed governors.

Expect steady freight and established lanes, 7–14 days out with a 34–48 hour reset, tarping on about 3 of 5 loads, and a weekly pay range of $1,675 to $1,775. Solo drivers may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and load pay adds $30 per load.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years.
• Minimum of 6 months of flatbed experience.
• Tarping and load securement experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed freight with assigned equipment.
• Tarps loads on applicable trips and ensure load securement.
• Follow established routes and maintain timely deliveries.
• Benefit from household home time with 7–14 days out and 34–48 hour resets.
