Rouse Trucking, LLC in Tallahassee, FL is seeking experienced CDL‑A flatbed drivers. Earn $1,675 to $1,775 per week with 70 CPM on loaded and empty miles and a $30 load pay. Home time is every 7–14 days with 34–48 hour resets; equipped with 2020–2025 Peterbilt 567/579 and 2024 48-foot trailers.

Includes a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for solo drivers. Expect tarping on a portion of loads and emphasis on load securement. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Tarping and load securement experience required.
• Flatbed experience preferred.
• Valid CDL-A license mandatory.
• One year tractor-trailer experience in last five years; minimum six months flatbed experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate 70 MPH trucks with assigned equipment.
• Tarp and secure loads as required on designated freight.
• Deliver flatbed freight primarily east of I-35 with regular home time.
• Maintain safe operation and comply with company policies.
