Job summary

Koch Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers to join our flatbed division. We offer Regional and OTR flatbed routes with home-time options and competitive weekly pay based on miles.

Starting pay is 67 CPM based on experience, plus a $2,000 hiring bonus (paid monthly) and $1,000 orientation pay. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401(k) with company match, with paid weekly mileage and modern equipment.

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Haul flatbed shipments regionally or OTR as assigned.
• Maintain routes and schedule with periodic training during orientation.

• Regional Flatbed Driver: Home time every 7-10 days based on location
• OTR Flatbed Driver: Home time every 14-21 days based on location

Koch Trucking is looking to hire CDL-A truck drivers to join our flatbed division. We offer both Regional and OTR flatbed opportunities, allowing drivers to choose the home time schedule that best fits their lifestyle. Our flatbed fleet allows you to maximize your earning potential by providing consistent, steady miles hauling oversized air conditioner units round-trip on flatbed trailers. No flatbed experience? No problem, we provide additional training during orientation to ensure you are capable and confident before hitting the road. All candidates must have a valid CDL-A license and one year of driving experience.

• Over-dimensional pay:
• $75-$200 based on miles
• $400 for any load over 64K
• Stop pay: $30 per stop
• Securement pay: $25 per stop
• Tarp pay: $50 per stop
• $100 for each loaded border crossing for drivers who choose to go to Canada
