Koch Trucking Inc. in Missouri seeks CDL-A truck drivers to join our flatbed division, offering steady miles and aggressive pay for oversized loads. No flatbed experience?

We provide orientation training to ensure you are prepared before hitting the road. All candidates must have a valid CDL-A and one year of driving experience. Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL-A license and one year of driving experience.
• Must have driven 6 months within the last 24 months.
• No more than 4 moving violations within the last three years.
• A minimum of 22 years of age.
• No major chargeable accidents within the last 36 months.
• No more than 3 chargeable minor accidents in the last 3 years or 2 in the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Join our flatbed division to haul oversized loads with a steady flow of miles.
• Provide reliable, safe driving and compliance with company policies.
• Receive additional training during orientation to build confidence before hitting the road.

Job description

• Starting pay: $0.67 CPM
• Pet & Rider Policy
• $2,000 Hiring Bonus
• $1,000 Orientation Bonus

• Stop pay: $30/stop
• Tarp pay: $75/stop
• $75-$200 based on miles
• $400 for any load over 64K
• $100 for each loaded border crossing for drivers who choose to go to Canada
• All trucks are 3 years old or newer - average age of truck fleet is 16 months
• Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadias come equipped with:
• Refrigerators, leather interior, Double curtain wrap, double bunks, built-in inverters and other driver friendly features
