Advance Plumbing & Septic of Birmingham is hiring a CDL Class A Field Service Technician in Hueytown, AL. The role involves septic tank pump-outs, grease pumping, equipment delivery, and installation support. This hands-on field position includes manual labor with regular customer interaction and a mix of driving and non-driving tasks.

The position offers home daily routes, overtime opportunities, and a structured career path (FST I–III). Training is provided and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Tanker endorsement required before first day.
• Ability to operate a 10-speed manual transmission.
• Medically qualified to operate a CMV and lift 55 lbs+.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum and service trucks and perform septic tank pump-outs.
• Assist with equipment delivery, installations, and site support.
• Inspect systems and communicate findings to customers.
• Complete documentation and follow safety procedures.
• Occasional evening work and teamwork to complete jobs correctly.
