Responsibilities

• Operates back-hoe, mini-excavator, skid steers and other equipment to excavate and load materials on residential and commercial sites.
• Load, unload and secure equipment on transport trailers.
• Follow safety procedures per OSHA guidelines.
• Collaborate with crew to complete excavation work efficiently.
• Interact with customers as needed, providing professional service.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate with branch/rental companies for tools.
• Perform excavation work in trenches and confined spaces following safety guidelines.
• Carefully locate and arrive at job sites, ensuring safe vehicle operation.
