M.L. Chartier in Fair Haven, MI, seeks an experienced Environmental Driver to operate heavy equipment supporting hydro excavation and related services across construction sites.

You will manage vacuum trailers, 70 BBL trucks, and roll-off loading tasks while maintaining safety standards and project timelines. This role requires an unrestricted CDL A with Tanker, current DOT Medical Card, and the ability to work in a team or independently.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted CDL A with Tanker and current DOT Medical Card.
• Hazmat endorsement highly preferred.
• Experience with vacuum trucks and/or tankers.
• Ability to work in a team or independently and follow safety rules.
• Strong verbal communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Vacuum trailer and/or 70 BBL straight truck.
• Load and unload roll-off boxes.
• Operate Tractor/Trailer with bulk tanker trailer.
• Communicate with on-site foremen about progress and safety.
• Adhere to safety standards and keep job site organized.
• Promote and participate in safety culture and maintain certifications.
