Training Program

• 4–6 weeks of paid over‑the‑road training with an experienced mentor
• All training time is fully compensated
• $300 orientation bonus added to your first solo paycheck

Compensation After Training

• $0.56 per mile on all miles
• Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,400, depending on mileage
• Typical weekly mileage: 1,600–2,200 miles

Freight & Schedule

• 100% no‑touch freight, approximately 50% drop & hook
• Consistent weekly miles of 1,600–2,200
• Home every 14 days with two full days off once you go solo

Requirements
