Job summary

Small Potato Trucking is hiring ambitious and conservative drivers for routes mostly to the east of the Mississippi. You will operate condo trucks and dry van trailers on no-touch freight, with backhauling possible and unloading by drop-and-hook or live unloading depending on location.

Home time is every two weeks. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, 3 months of experience, a clean driving record, no tickets in the past 3 years and no accidents in the past 5 years.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record is required.
• DOT Medical card is required.
• Valid Class A driver's license.
• Minimum 3 months truck driving experience.
• No tickets in the last 3 years.
• No accidents in the last 5 years.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate condo trucks and dry van trailers on routes primarily east of the Mississippi.
• No-touch freight with unloading via drop-and-hook or live unloading depending on location.
• Possible backhauling and all-48-state routes focusing on eastern corridors.
• Home time every two weeks.

Job description

We are currently hiring ambitious and conservative drivers who would like to work on routes to the east of the Mississippi River (mostly). Drivers should have at least 3 months of experience trailer truck driving and no tickets nor accidents in the last 3 years.

Candidate drivers will be operating condo trucks and dry van trailers in a no touch freight. Unloading can be done either with drop&hook or with live unloading, depending on the location.
