Job summary

Blue Trucking is seeking an experienced CDL-A OTR dry van driver to join a three-week out program. Drivers operate under a 1099 independent-contractor agreement with weekly direct deposit and a consistent freight flow across the U.S.

Starting pay ranges from $0.65 to $0.75 per mile, with loaded and empty miles paid. Home time follows each rotation, and trucks are newer-model with automatic transmissions.

Qualifications

• Verifiable 2 years of tractor-trailer experience.
• Acceptable driving and safety record.
• Must pass the required pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be comfortable staying OTR for three weeks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operate OTR dry van freight across a nationwide area.
• Maintain safety and compliance while on the road.
• Handle loading tasks when needed and utilize drop‑and‑hook where available.
• Stay out for three weeks at a time and return home after each rotation.

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a consistent OTR dry van position. Drivers stay out for three weeks at a time and operate under a 1099 independent-contractor agreement.

PAY
