Job summary

Flint Logistics seeks CDL-A drivers for dry van freight across the Midwest and Eastern United States. You will operate Kenworth T680s, covering 2,500–3,000 miles weekly with a consistent lane network. Home weekly and guaranteed pay after 30 days add stability to the role.

Orientation pays $100 per day, with quarterly raises based on safety and performance metrics. Medical and life insurance, paid vacation and dedicated driver support are provided.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and driving history acceptable.
• Tractor-trailer experience preferred.
• DOT medical certification required to operate commercial vehicle.
• Ability to operate 53' dry van trailers.

Responsibilities

• Drive 2,500–3,000 miles per week on established Midwest/Eastern lanes.
• Haul dry van freight consisting of general commodities.
• Maintain safe, compliant operation and on-time delivery.
