Job summary

Flint Logistics is seeking CDL-A truck drivers based in Indianapolis, IN, with home time every week and a steady run of $1,400 to $1,600 per week. The position features 100% no-touch dry van freight, majority drop-and-hook, and routes across the lower 48.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate 48-foot trailers or longer on routes across the 48 contiguous states.
• Maintain 100% no-touch/dry van freight with drop-and-hook operations where possible.
• Comply with safety, hours-of-service and regulatory requirements.

This CDL-A truck driver position combines reliable dry van freight with straightforward routes and regular home time while running throughout the lower 48.

Home Time: Weekly home time

Compensation: CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,600 per week, with a $1,200 minimum weekly pay for the first 90 days.

Equipment: Drivers have the option to choose from Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts, subject to availability. Trucks range from 2017 to 2022 models and are equipped with automatic transmissions, APU, and inverter.

Route & Freight: Drivers operate throughout the lower 48 states with majority drop-and-hook freight to help minimize downtime. Freight is 100% no-touch.

Orientation: Transportation to orientation is provided by flight or rental car. Meals are included, and drivers receive $1,000 in orientation pay.
