Job summary

DriveTime Transports is seeking qualified CDL-A drivers for a local intermodal out of Columbus. You will be home daily and must be willing to stay out a night if required.

Requirements include 6 months’ current tractor trailer experience and 1 year verifiable CDL-A history, with strict limits on unemployment and prior incidents. No touch freight and no SAP drivers are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months current tractor trailer experience.
• Minimum 1 year CDL-A tractor trailer experience verifiable.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year.
• No unemployment exceeding 90 days in the last year.
• No accidents (regardless of fault) with crash report.
• No touch freight; no SAP drivers; no DUI/DWI within allowed windows.

Responsibilities

• Local intermodal driving out of Columbus, home daily.
• Must be willing to stay out a night if required.

• CPM: $.62 CPM plus $40 for loads under 99 miles
• SUNDAY - THURSDAY OR TUESDAY - SATURDAY
• NO MORE THAN 3 JOBS IN THE LAST YEAR
• *****NO MORE THAN 90 DAYS OF UNEMPLOYMENT - NO EXCEPTIONS! ****
• ****ANY ACCIDENTS (REGARDLESS OF FAULT) WILL REQUIRE A CRASH REPORT****
• NO TOUCH FREIGHT!
• PLEASE READ TO SEE IF YOU QUALIFY
• MINIMUM ONE YEAR OR CDL-A TRACTOR TRAILER EXPERIENCE - MUST BE VERIFIABLE
• No more than 2 MV’s in the last 2 years. No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months.
• No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years if the offense occurred while they held a CDL-A or Commercial Learners Permit. No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years if the offense occurred prior to getting a CDL-A
