Job summary

DriveTime Transports is seeking qualified CDL-A drivers for a local intermodal role out of Atlanta, based in Union City. You will be home daily with a five-day work week and day or night shifts available.

This position includes no touch freight and requires a valid CDL-A with at least six months of tractor-trailer experience. Average weekly earnings are around $1,400, with strict qualifications and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months current tractor-trailer experience required.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year.
• No more than 90 days of unemployment.
• Any accidents (regardless of fault) require a crash report.
• No touch freight.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years if offense occurred while CDL holder; 5 years if before CDL.
• No SAP drivers.

• No more than 2 MV's in the last 2 years. No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months.
• No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years if the offense occurred while they held a CDL-A or Commercial Learners Permit. No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years if the offense occurred prior to getting a CDL-A
