Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a CDL-A Driver in Naperville, IL. The role combines professional CDL driving with yard operations and customer service responsibilities in a team-focused environment. The base pay is $25.00–$35.00 per hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

The position requires safe driving, material delivery to construction sites, and occasional forklift work. Ideal candidates have a valid CDL-A license, DOT Medical Card, and clean FMCSA Clearinghouse record, plus 1 year of CDL experience.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR.
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years).
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years).
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years).
• Willing to train on Moffett forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lumber, doors, windows, and other building supplies to customer worksites.
• Load and unload materials using a Moffett forklift.
• Place delivered materials into door and window racks at job sites
• Safely operate CDL-A vehicle while maintaining delivery schedules
• Assist with inventory management and material organization in the yard
• Pull customer orders and prepare shipments for delivery
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight
• Support general yard operations as needed
• Work closely with team members to ensure excellent customer service
