Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Dedicated Solo Truck Driver to operate multi-state regional routes out of Front Royal, VA, with weekly home time and top-pay potential.

Earn up to $2,000 weekly with $1.44 per mile all-in pay plus base CPM $0.77–$0.80, $265 unload, $15 stop, $35 backhaul, $125 weekly bonus, and a $2,500 sign-on paid over 180 days; a 1-week paid ride-along training is included.

Qualifications

• 3 months of commercial driving experience in the last 3 years is required.
• Must be physically able to unload and handle freight.
• Successful completion of drug tests (hair follicle and urinalysis).

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-state regional routes within 700 miles of Front Royal, VA.
• Perform 100% touch freight box-by-box unloads.
• Maintain safety and on-time deliveries.
• Complete a minimum of 3 loads weekly and meet scheduling needs.
