Drivers gross about $1,600 weekly on average, with top earners over $2,000 as annual totals approach $83k–$104k+. The role features 100% no-touch dry/reefer freight, assigned sleeper-equipped equipment, and structured 5/2 home time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months.
• CDL-A required for solo driver role.

Responsibilities

• Haul regional loops across VA, NC, MD, DE and WV.
• Log 1,600–1,700 miles per week with 2 dispatches per shift.
• Work 11–14 hour daily shifts on a structured 5 days on / 2 days off schedule.
• Operate 100% no-touch dry & reefer freight with live unloads at store docks.
• Maintain home-time predictability with a guaranteed 48-hour home reset on the same two days each week.
• Complete onboarding including 1 day on-site and 3–4 days ride-along.
• Pass pre-employment hair follicle and urine toxicology screenings.
