Blue Trucking is seeking a CDL A Company Driver Trainee for OTR, regional, or local runs. This full-time role welcomes new CDL holders with no prior driving experience and provides structured orientation and paid training.

You will train under supervision, be placed on an account near your home ZIP code, and have opportunities across local, regional, or OTR freight based on availability. All training and path placement are supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (physical)
• No prior driving experience required
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Must be willing to complete the training program
• Safe driving record and professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Complete orientation and training with the company
