Blue Trucking is hiring a CDL A Company Driver Trainee for OTR, regional, or local runs. This full-time dry van trainee role offers paid orientation and comprehensive training to help new drivers start their trucking careers.

You will be placed on the best available account near your home area after training, with opportunities for local, regional, or OTR freight depending on availability. We provide support through orientation, training, and dispatch placement.

Qualifications

• Valid physical CDL A required.
• No prior Class A driving experience required.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Must be willing to complete the required training program.
• Safe driving record and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete training program and orientation with the company.
