Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is offering a CDL training program for individuals with no paper experience. You will ride with a mentor, receive weekly pay, and travel solo on routes east of Denver (excluding the Northeast) once trained.

Training pays $650/week for 4–6 weeks, followed by a guaranteed $1,000/week for the first 3 months solo, with impressive weekly gross averages as you gain miles. The program includes benefits after 30 days, a 401(k) with company match, paid orientation with travel covered, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Must have 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school; no experience required.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years; no major preventable accidents in 5 years; no DUI/DWI in 5–10 years.

Responsibilities

• Train with a mentor and drive with guidance; solo routes after training.
• Home time every 2 weeks; miles run across the eastern regions as described.
