Job summary

AMERI-CANS is hiring a full-time Service Technician – Driver CDL Class A for our Haskell, TX location. You will service, clean, stock portable toilets and related equipment, perform on-site tasks, and maintain excellent customer communication with the dispatcher to ensure routes are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. CDL Class A license.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Background check required.
• Some sites may require U.S. citizenship and a clean criminal history.
• Tanker endorsements are preferred; the company will sponsor to acquire within the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Service, clean, and stock portable toilets, holding tanks, freshwater systems, hand-wash stations, and trailers.
• Vacuum, sanitize, and restock restroom units on-site.
• Support CDL drivers with hose handling, trailer setup, water refills, and waste dump operations.
• Stock and replenish consumables (paper, soap, hand towels, sanitizer).
• Log services and verify unit condition using ServiceCore app and QR code system.
• Assist with warehouse organization and site setup when not on route.
• Cross-train in light trailer maintenance under supervision.
• Maintain trucks daily: refueling, cleaning, pre/post trip inspections.
• Communicate with dispatchers daily to confirm route completion.
• Uphold client standards: sanitation QC, graffiti prevention, professional interaction.
