Job summary

Flint Logistics LLC in Charlotte, NC is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for easier semi-local routes, dependable home time, and dedicated auto parts freight throughout the Southeast.

Running 1,700–1,800 miles per week across Southeast routes, drivers perform 3–6 stops per delivery day with electric pallet jack unloads and lift gate trailers. Trucks are updated and governed at 65 MPH.

Qualifications

Flint Logistics is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for easier semi-local routes, dependable home time, and dedicated auto parts freight throughout the Southeast.

Running Area

Run semi-local and regional routes throughout the Southeast covering 1,700-1,800 miles per week. Drivers make 3-6 stops each delivery day across 5 dedicated routes serving 8 stores.

• Around 30 unloads per week
• Dedicated store delivery routes

Earnings

Weekly pay of $1,375 to $1,625 includes cents per mile plus $30 per stop. A minimum weekly guarantee applies when the full scheduled week is worked.

• $500 sign-on bonus paid during week 2.

Home Time & Schedule

Spend most nights at home with occasional layovers depending on route coverage. Drivers may dispatch Sunday-Thursday, Monday-Friday, or Tuesday-Saturday based on freight timing and assigned routes.

• Mostly home nightly with occasional layovers
• Mondays, Sundays, and Saturdays are typically lighter route days

Equipment

Drive updated 2018+ Kenworth and Freightliner trucks. Equipment may include sleeper trucks, box trucks, or 53-foot trailers depending on the assigned route.

Trucks are governed at 65 MPH.

Freight Details

Drivers deliver dedicated auto parts using electric pallet jacks and lift gate trailers. Night deliveries are made to closed store locations using detailed route books with the information needed to complete each delivery.
