Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for a semi-local dedicated operation with guaranteed weekly pay, established automotive freight, and a consistent Tuesday-Saturday schedule.

Pay

Drivers earn $1,300 weekly guaranteed minimum pay with a $1,400 weekly guarantee after 12 months. This CDL-A truck driver position also includes a $500 sign-on bonus.

Home Time

Drivers are off Sunday-Monday every week and have 2-3 additional home visits during the week depending on dispatch flow and route timing.

The position runs approximately 1,800-2,000 miles each week throughout the Southeast.

Routes

Dedicated automotive parts deliveries include 18-23 stops using electric pallet jacks. Regular regional lanes provide familiarity with delivery locations and the day-to-day route operation.

Reliable Equipment

Drivers operate 2020 Freightliner Cascadia trucks with automatic transmissions, lift gates, collision avoidance systems, and blind spot detection. The fleet includes sleeper and day cab configurations governed at 65 MPH.

Predictable Schedule

This operation runs Tuesday-Saturday with start times typically between 1 AM-6 AM.
