Job summary

Flint Logistics LLC is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for dedicated auto parts freight across the Southeast. This role offers frequent home time, 1,700–1,800 miles weekly, and lift-gate unloads at multiple stores.

Tractor-trailer experience is required, with Hazmat endorsement preferred. Expect nightly or near-nightly home time and updated equipment, with a sign-on bonus and weekly pay structure.

Flint Logistics is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for easier dedicated freight, frequent home time, and established auto parts delivery routes throughout the Southeast.

Running Area

Run dedicated Southeast routes covering 1,700-1,800 miles per week with 3-6 stops each delivery day. Drivers complete around 30 weekly unloads across 5 different routes serving 8 stores.

Earnings

Weekly pay of $1,375 to $1,625 includes cents per mile plus $30 per stop. A minimum weekly guarantee applies when the full scheduled week is worked.

$500 sign-on bonus paid during week 2.

Home Time & Schedule

This dedicated account keeps drivers home most nights with occasional layovers during the week. Dispatch schedules may run Sunday-Thursday, Monday-Friday, or Tuesday-Saturday depending on route coverage and freight timing.

• Mondays, Sundays, and Saturdays are typically lighter route days

Equipment

Drive updated 2018+ Kenworth and Freightliner trucks. Depending on the route, equipment may include sleeper trucks, box trucks, or 53-foot trailers.

Trucks are governed at 65 MPH.

Freight Details

Drivers unload dedicated auto parts using electric pallet jacks on lift gate trailers. Night deliveries are made to closed store locations using detailed route books with the information needed to complete each stop.
