Republic Services, Inc. is hiring a Driver – CDL (A) to safely operate heavy trucks for delivery and removal of large containers. You will ensure vehicle compliance with safety standards and complete daily vehicle condition reports.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, servicing routes, loading waste, interacting with customers, and minor container repairs. Two years driving experience preferred; Class A with air brakes endorsement required.

Competenze

• CDL Class A with air brakes endorsement.
• Two years of prior experience driving commercial trucks preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude for minor repairs.

Mansioni

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate the truck along designated routes and service each customer.
• Load and unload refuse, operate the compactor, and dispose of material.
• Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers daily.
• Perform minor container repairs and tag unsatisfactory containers.
• Maintain route/productivity sheets and safety compliance.
