Job summary

Railserve is hiring dependable, safety-focused CDL Drivers in Austin, TX to support rail construction and operations projects. This full-time role involves transporting equipment, materials, and tools to job sites, operating a Class A commercial vehicle, and assisting field teams while maintaining DOT compliance and safety.

Candidates must have a valid Class A CDL, clean driving record, and the ability to travel and stay overnight.

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
Experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
Willingness to travel regularly and stay overnight.
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A truck hauling equipment on flatbed and lowboy trailers.
Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and perform basic maintenance.
Load, secure, and unload equipment and materials safely.
Follow DOT regulations and safety policies.
