Job summary

Affholder Construction in Austin, TX is hiring a CDL Truck Driver to support a heavy civil/tunnel construction project. The driver will transport tunnel segments, materials, and equipment between project sites in and around Austin.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, performing pre-trip inspections, following procedures, ensuring safety, securing loads, and assisting with loading/unloading. Heavy civil/construction experience and a valid Class A CDL are preferred.

Qualifications

• Heavy civil or construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Maintain a safe driving record.
• Class A CDL

Responsibilities

• Follow all Operational Procedures and QC Standards.
• Adhere to all safety requirements.
• Properly secure and verify loads.
