Job summary

Sunland Asphalt is seeking experienced CDL drivers (Class A) to join our growing team in Phoenix. CDL holders will operate trucks and paving equipment, perform labor on site, and help ensure safe, on-time project delivery.

Our drivers work with a safety‑first culture, competitive pay, and benefits including 401(k) match after 30 days. HazMat/Tanker endorsements preferred; experience with sealcoating and paving projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required in the state of operation.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred for certain roles.
• Tanker endorsement may be required depending on position.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles and equipment safely while meeting production goals.
• Perform manual labor and site prep for paving and construction projects.
• Complete DVIR inspections and maintain driver logs as required.
• Coordinate with maintenance for vehicle upkeep and repairs.
