Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Delivery Driver for SYGMA Pennsylvania. You will unload and deliver product using a tractor-trailer, following safe practices and company standards.

You’ll read and write in English, hold a valid Class A CDL, be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 350 pounds with a two-wheel hand cart. Overnight schedule, weekends and overtime may apply; paid training and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, plus one year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public and understand highway signs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds by hand and move up to 350 pounds with a 2-wheel hand cart.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers by driving a tractor-trailer.
• Unload product and ensure proper storage according to standards.
• Complete DOT logs, inspections, and maintenance reports accurately and timely.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in tractor, trailer and warehouse.
