Job summary

TAS Environmental Services, LP is seeking a Driver Operator in Little Rock, AR. You will operate heavy trucks and specialized equipment, load and secure cargo, and maintain accurate shipment paperwork to support our 24/7 emergency response and environmental solutions.

Requirements include a CDL Class A license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, plus the ability to read, write and perform basic math. The job involves physical labor in dirty environments but offers comprehensive benefits and

Qualifications

• CDL Class A License required.
• Hazmat endorsement required.
• Tanker endorsement preferred.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and in line with laws and hours-of-service rules.
• Load and unload cargo, secure it properly, and maintain shipment paperwork.
• Collect and verify delivery instructions from dispatch and plan routes.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers; keep accurate trip logs.
• Transport non-hazardous and hazardous materials per guidelines and safety rules.
• Perform industrial work, biohazard cleanups, and soil/debris removal as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
