TAS Environmental Services, LP Driver Operator position seeks a qualified professional to safely operate commercial vehicles and manage cargo documentation. You will coordinate with dispatch and ensure regulatory compliance in a demanding environment.

The role requires a CDL A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, strong safety focus, and the ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections along with routine maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic mathematics.
• CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Strong ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and comply with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently, following traffic laws, regulations, and hours-of-service requirements.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is properly secured, and manage related paperwork.
• Collect delivery instructions from the dispatcher and verify routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers, maintain accurate trip logs, and document deliveries.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Transport non-hazardous and hazardous materials in accordance with regulations, DOT, and company safety procedures.
• Perform industrial work and biohazard cleanups.
• Assist in the removal of soil, debris, and cleanup of spill sites.
• Other duties as assigned.
