Job summary

Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN is seeking a Truck Driver for the Distribution Center in Burlington. The role involves loading, delivering, and unloading products with no overnight travel, in a full-time capacity.

You will maintain DOT logs and ensure timely deliveries to our locations across NC, SC, and VA. Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, safe driving, customer service at each stop, and adherence to all company and DOT policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL for interstate commerce.
• Minimum 1 year Class A-CDL driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old with satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Pass post-offer background check, DOT physical, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the right products to customer accounts in a professional, safe and timely manner.
• Perform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections of truck, tractor and trailer.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local traffic laws.
• Comply with DOT and Biscuitville policies and expectations.
• Lift products up to 60 pounds from pallets and deliver to stores/restaurants.
• Deliver products to stores/restaurants and stage by temperature requirements.
