Job description

Since 1977,

Since 1977, Pacific Coast Fresh Company has been a cornerstone of the Pacific Northwest food scene. From humble beginnings as a family-run produce shop, we’ve grown into one of the region’s top independent food distributors—delivering farm-fresh produce, dairy, proteins, and specialty goods across the Northwest and into Canada.

It’s not just what we deliver, but how we show up for our people and our partners that defines us. Rooted in the values of Service, Quality, Integrity, Purposeful Growth, Sustainability, and Family, we’re committed to feeding communities with care, reliability, and respect.

The Role At a Glance

We’re looking for Local CDL Delivery Drivers to join our Kent-based team. As a PCF driver, you'll be the face of our company to our customers—delivering quality products on time with professionalism and a smile.

This role's purpose is to provide full-time relief and support for Chipotle food delivery operations and will not have a dedicated route. The primary responsibility will be covering Chipotle routes due to callouts, vacations, scheduled time off, or other staffing needs.

When route coverage is not needed, the driver will provide support to Chipotle drivers already on the road, assist with recovery or additional delivery support as needed, move tractors and trailers in the yard, and transport equipment to and from Penske for maintenance and repairs.

The position requires a Class A CDL and flexibility, as daily assignments will be based on the needs of the operation.

This position is a Night shift beginning at 9:00pm.

If you're reliable, safety-minded, and enjoy being out on the road, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do Each Day

• Deliver a variety of food products to local restaurants, retailers, and foodservice partners
• Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner
• Unload product using a lift gate and hand truck or electric pallet jack as needed
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth deliveries
• Represent PCF with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
• Be flexible and ready to assist with other Transportation needs

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• A valid Class A CDL
• A clean driving record and current DOT medical card
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience, ideally with food or beverage delivery
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and work in varied weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• A team-first attitude with a commitment to safety and service

Why This Is More Than a Job

At PCF, we’re proud to support our drivers with tools for success—on and off the road. You’ll enjoy:

• Competitive starting pay based on the class of your license, experience level, and route-specific incentives—ensuring fair compensation for the value you bring
• Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with profit-sharing plan, and paid time off
• Local routes—home daily
• Access to fresh produce through employee programs
• A team built on respect, support, and shared purpose
