Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is hiring CDL-A drivers in Corinth, MS for over-the-road routes. You’ll have a personally assigned truck and 100% no-touch dry van freight. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are welcome to apply.

During a 3 to 5 week mentorship, new drivers receive guaranteed weekly pay and $300 orientation pay with transportation covered. After solo, expect weekly gross pay ranging from $1,400 to $1,600 on average, with top performers up to $1,800.

Responsibilities

Not Every Trucking Job Starts You Off Right
Some companies throw new drivers into the deep end. We don't. A real trainer, real weekly pay, and a truck that's genuinely yours once you're solo.

We're hiring CDL-A drivers in the Corinth, MS area for OTR routes with a personally assigned truck and 100% no-touch dry van freight. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are both welcome to apply.

GETTING STARTED

• New CDL-A holders: guaranteed weekly pay during a 3 to 5 week mentorship program (about 200 to 250 hours hands-on)
• $300 orientation pay, plus transportation to orientation covered
• Experienced drivers move straight into solo operations if requirements are met

EXPERIENCE LEVEL

• New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, plus completion of the company training program
• Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time; mentor/trainer time doesn't count

THE TRUCK

• 2024 and newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia, automatic transmission
• Assigned to you only, no slip seating
• Take it home during your scheduled days off

THE FREIGHT

• 100% no-touch, dry van only
• No loading, no unloading, just driving

SCHEDULE

• 14 days out
• 2 full days home

ONCE YOU'RE SOLO

• $1,400 to $1,600 average weekly gross
• Top 25% of drivers average up to $1,800 per week gross
• Pay scales with CPM, miles driven, and performance
• Weekly direct deposit

QUALIFICATIONS

• 21 years or older
• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Solid driving record and work history
• Pass DOT drug test and background check
• Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements
