Job summary

Red Hawk Trucking is hiring an entry level CDL-A Company Driver for mentor-trained solo runs. This full-time position features no-touch freight, dry van loads, and Sundays off to rest on the road.

You start with real training and a mentor in the cab. After you solo, you earn $0.50 per mile with weekly pay, and extra miles raise weekly earnings. The program includes a clear path from onboarding to your own truck, plus benefits and a 34-hour restart weekly.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with valid Class A CDL.
• Graduated from verifiable CDL school with 120+ hours in past 12 months.
• No trucking job since finishing school.
• No more than 4 moving violations in 3 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 years.
• Urine drug testing and DOT physical required.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van with 100% no touch freight.
• Loads from company customers, plan 1–3 days ahead.
• Run Monday to Saturday, out 1–2 weeks, 34 hour restart every Sunday.
• Take truck home on your time off.
