365 Freight USA is offering an entry path for recent CDL‑A graduates into its Eastern Regional dry van fleet. You’ll begin with one‑on‑one mentor training and earn weekly pay during training, then move into your own assigned truck after completing the program.

This full‑time regional role features no‑touch freight, 24/7 dispatch support, and home time on a weekly or bi‑weekly basis. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance start from day one along with PTO, holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Satisfactory driving record and clean safety history.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the program.
• Strong communication and professional conduct.
• Commitment to safe driving practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in paid mentor training and complete program.
• Transition to assigned truck after training and maintain regional route.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, DOT and FMCSA requirements.
