365 Freight USA offers recent CDL‑A graduates a paid mentor training program on the Eastern Regional dry van fleet. You’ll start with one‑on‑one mentoring, earn weekly pay during training, and transition to your own truck after successful completion of the program.

This full‑time regional role features no‑touch freight, strong support, and weekly or bi‑weekly home time options, including 24/7 dispatch and company‑paid tolls and fuel programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class A CDL and be a recent CDL school graduate.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record and compliance with DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid mentor training.
• Train with a one‑on‑one mentor during the program.
• Move into your own assigned truck after training.
• Work in the Eastern Regional Fleet with no‑touch freight.
• Have weekly or bi‑weekly home time.
