Job summary

A. W. Farrell & Son, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver/Warehouse team member in Dunkirk, NY. Candidates will load/unload materials, deliver to job sites, and maintain logs while supporting warehouse operations and safety standards.

Requirements include a CDL A license, a high school diploma or GED, and warehouse/drive experience. Benefits include medical/vision/dental, 401K, PTO, and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of construction related warehouse/yard and driving experience.
• CDL A license is required.
• Small engine mechanical knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks.
• Deliver materials to job sites.
• Maintain Daily Log for CDL Driver.
• Transport flatbeds and dump trailers to and from jobsite(s).
• Help coordinate the movement of products in the warehouse/yard.
• Ensure shortages, damages and accidents are reported to the Supervisor immediately.
• Complete material transfer orders.
• Be accurate and careful handling products with lifts to insure safe and damage free parts.
• Maintain a good housekeeping standard neatness and cleanliness in areas of responsibility, enabling the warehouse- yard to maintain a safe and efficient work-place.
