Job summary

Flint Logistics is seeking CDL-A drivers for no-touch dry van operations based out of Indianapolis, IN. You will handle drop-and-hook freight across regional and over-the-road routes, with weekly home time and a 34-hour reset.

Expect late-model automatic tractors with APUs and inverters, comprehensive benefits, and paid orientation including travel and lodging. Flight or rental car is provided for onboarding, with meals included during orientation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of CDL-A experience within the last 24 months, or 1 year within the last 3 years.
• Valid CDL-A license required
• Experience with 48-foot or longer trailers
• Current DOT physical or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight on established routes and organized planning.
• Utilize drop-and-hook operations to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
• Operate late-model tractors with automatic transmissions and APUs for driver comfort.
• Maintain safe driving practices and adhere to company policies.
