Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Dedicated Solo Truck Driver for a premier regional fleet operating out of Colonie, NY. Solo drivers enjoy 100% no-touch freight, upfront pay structure, and consistent weekly home resets.

Expect weekly average earnings around $1,500 with a $78k+ yearly potential, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus. The role covers multi-state routes with preloaded trailers and weekend availability. A strong safety record and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of commercial driving experience within the last 36 months.
• Must pass hair follicle and urine drug screenings.
• Weekend availability required for shifts and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-state regional routes across NY, NJ, PA, CT, MA, RI, NH, VT, ME.
• Handle 100% no-touch freight with preloaded trailers.
• Meet weekly home time with a 34-hour reset and varied shift windows (e.g., 0800–1700).
• Adhere to safety, schedule, and compliance standards while maintaining reliable performance.
