Herman N Logistics seeks a Class A CDL driver for a dedicated Auto Parts account in Smyrna, TN. The role offers home daily, a five-day workweek, and options including Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, or Tuesday–Saturday, with overnight dispatches from 6 PM to 3 AM.

Drivers will handle multi-stop deliveries in dry van trailers with liftgate and pallet jack at each stop. Hazmat endorsement required; must maintain a clean driving record and DOT medical card, and be able to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Hazmat endorsement required (Ruan assists with training and obtaining endorsement).
• No SAP Drivers on record.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical card must be current.
• Able to work weekends.
• Reliable and safety-focused.

Pay & Bonuses

• Average $84,000 per year
• $0.571 per mile plus $22.50 per stop
• $5,000 sign-on bonus, with the first payment after 30 days
• Paid weekly

Schedule & Home Time

• Home daily
• Five-day workweek with two consecutive days off
• Available schedules: Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, or Tuesday–Saturday
• Overnight dispatch times between 6 PM and 3 AM
• Average 40–60 hours per week

Routes & Freight

• Dedicated Advance Auto Parts account
• Mix of multi-stop deliveries and shuttle runs to Chicago and back
• Dry van trailers
• Driver unload required at each stop using a liftgate and electric pallet jack

Equipment

• New automatic-transmission Freightliner day cabs

Endorsement Requirement

• Hazmat endorsement required
• Ruan is willing to assist with hazmat training and obtaining the endorsement, provided the process is initiated upon hire
