Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in the United States is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for local, home-daily routes on the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri 11:00 pm – 7:30 am). You will operate a 20ft box truck with liftgate, handle no-touch freight, and ensure on-time deliveries with safety as a priority.

Pay starts at $32.50/hr with overtime after 40 hours; a $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) plan, reflecting GXO's commitment to its team.

Qualifications

• 6 months of CDL experience operating the same type of equipment or larger in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A current valid Class A driver’s license and a safe MVR.
• Hazmat Required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive 20ft box truck with liftgate in and around the site or on public roads.
• 3/4 Ton Truck pulling 16ft ToyHauler.
• No touch freight position.
• Drive safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices.
• Perform routine inspections.

About The Role

As a CDL Driver, you'll not only drive our equipment, but you'll also drive our success! You'll play a key role in ensuring safe, on-time delivery of goods for our customers, running local routes that get you home daily.

What You’ll Need To Succeed At GXO

At a minimum you'll need:

• 6 months of Commercial Driver's License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 21years old
• A current valid Class A driver's license and a safe MVR
• Hazmat Required

It's great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
