Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for a home-daily schedule on the 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 9:00pm–5:30am). You will drive tractors and 53 ft trailers locally, stay compliant with safety policies, perform inspections, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes operating the equipment reliably, returning home daily, and joining a team focused on safety and efficiency. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A current valid CDL A driver’s license and a safe driving record

3rd Shift, Monday - Friday, 9:00pm to 5:30am

Pay rates starting at $30.50 per hour and $2.00 shift premium per hour plus overtime pay available after 40 worked hours per week.

About the role

As a CDL Driver, you’ll not only drive our equipment, but you’ll also drive our success! You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, on-time delivery of goods for our customers, running local routes that get you home daily.

What you’ll need to succeed at GXO

At a minimum you’ll need:

• 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A current valid CDL A driver’s license and a safe driving record

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
