Job summary

PECO, part of the Exelon family, seeks a Transport Fleet Operator to load, secure, and operate CDL-type vehicles within the PECO service area. The role supports equipment operations and requires on-site presence at the Berwyn, PA location for scheduled shifts.

This on-site position offers shift work, potential for progression, and requires a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements alongside forklift certification or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience driving tractor/trailer with heavy equipment.
• Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Experience around energized equipment.
• OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• 1–3 years experience with basic rigging for loading onto vehicles.
• 1–3 years experience securing materials on flatbed trailers.
• Knowledge of boom trucks and tractor-trailers.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and operate CDL-type vehicles within the PECO service territory.
• Assist Equipment Operator in vehicle operation and rigging for delivery.
• Progress to Equipment Operator if business needs require.
• Be flexible for remote work locations within the PECO system and shift work.
