Qualifications

• One year of tanker experience in the last four years.

Job description

CDL A Driver Hazmat - Nitrogen Transport Driver (Open) – Odessa, TX (ANS)

Responsibilities

• Deliver liquid nitrogen safely to customers.
• Partner daily with district manager and field supervisor for customer service and operational success.
• Champion the Airgas Nitrogen Services safety culture and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Co‑ordinate logistics to ensure customer needs are met and operations run smoothly.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, providing professional delivery services.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• TWIC card.
• At least 1 year of tractor‑trailer driving experience within the last four years.
• At least 1 year of tanker experience within the last four years.
• Proficiency with manual transmission vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, two years technical college or military technical experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Basic knowledge of cryogenic pumps, tanks, transports, hydraulic equipment, and diesel engines.
• Knowledge of industrial gases.
