Job summary

Miller Environmental Group is seeking a CDL Class A Driver / Field Laborer to support environmental services in Columbus, OH. The role combines safe operation of large vehicles with hands-on field labor in remediation, waste transport, and spill response.

Responsibilities include driving a fleet of CDL units, handling regulated materials, and performing site work. Expect emergency response exposure, strict safety standards, and growth into leadership roles within MEG.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid, unrestricted CDL Class A license and be able to safely operate CDL vehicles.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs. and perform heavy physical labor.
• Willingness to work extended hours, overtime, nights, weekends, holidays, travel, and be on‑call.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class A vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT and company requirements.
• Drive tractor trailers, tankers, roll‑off and other CDL units.
• Transport materials between sites and disposal locations with proper labeling and placarding for hazardous materials.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and maintain DOT logs.
