Job summary

United Rentals in Easton, PA is seeking a CDL-A driver to drop off and pick up equipment for customers, and operate trucks and trailers while maintaining logs and performing pre-trip inspections.

You will suggest additional equipment needs and ensure compliance with safety standards, including FMCSA regulations. The role requires strong customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years DOT regulated Commercial Driving Experience.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers.
• Operate construction equipment, such as semi-trucks and trailers (CDL-A).
• Maintain driver's logs and complete pre-trip inspections.
• Suggest additional equipment and supplies customers may need.
• Operate boom trucks and cranes per manufacturer specs.
• Follow safety rules including FMCSA regulations.
