Job summary

Veolia is seeking an Environmental Driver Specialist with a CDL A to join our team in Melbourne, FL. You will be responsible for packing, transporting and disposing of waste materials in accordance with environmental policies, on a route with up to 4 overnight stays per week.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid Class A CDL, and by law at least 21 years old. Preferred TWIC, Tanker and Hazmat endorsements; also DOT physical, drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Must be at least 21 years old by law.

Responsibilities

• Pack, transport and properly dispose of waste materials per policy.
• Travel to locations on assigned route; operate safely and efficiently.
• Be prepared for up to 4 overnight stays per week with paid hotel and per diem.
